If you change your mind about anything you buy online simply return the item/s unused within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note you are required to return unwanted orders via post. Selezza will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay return charges – these are at your own cost and it is your responsibility to ensure a tracked and recorded service is used. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels. You have 14 days to notify us if you would like a return from the date of item receipt via email@example.com. The Goods must be returned to us intact, undamaged as soon as reasonably possible. Please ensure you complete the Returns Slip and enclose with your item/s inside your parcel. We process refunds and exchanges on any unused items when returned by post to Selezza in the same condition sold to you, within 14 days of your notification. We will notify you by email once we’ve processed your return. This does not include your bank’s processing time and reimbursement will be issued via original payment method.
